Does the game allow any trading during the draft?
Are there any restrictions?
Can you trade a pick while you are "on the clock" for that pick (i.e. right up until the pick is processed?
Can you trade players that were picked during the current draft?

Yes - there are no additional restrictions during the draft vs. during the rest of the trading period.
