Re: How good are players 'memories'.

I am new to the game, having success and have a question about Play Familiarity.

I switch a varying number of my plays every game. I do this to learn about what works, adjust to a specific opponent, but also a long term goal is that it will make me harder to scout, but more importantly my players will have familiarity with a large number of plays, giving me maximum flexibility, although it will take longer to get there.

Question: Does an individuals fam with a specific play add up over non consecutive periods of time, or does it reset when you check out of a play.

Each player tracks their own individual value for each play, every time they practice it they gain knowledge for it, every week they scout it they gain knowledge for it, and every time they perform it or play against it they gain knowledge for it. If those things don't happen, they regress in their knowledge of the play. The rate they go up and down is a function of their intelligence.

Good to know, thanks.
