Salary offers help

I use an excel sheet that I have found on here to be able to offer a lower base salary for a certain bonus. I have the link on my laptop at home but I am here at work and I can't find it through searching. Does anyone know where I can find it? Thank you so much!

wasnt encouraging him just correcting him.

didnt want the credit to go to the wrong person .
