This is with a West Coast Offense Head Coach
5WR = Shotgun 5 Wide
1TE/4WR = Singleback Empty 4 for most plays
1TE/4WR = Empty 4 Wide for Spread Flats,Spread Corner Post, Spread Deep Corner Post
1RB/4WR = Shotgun 4 Wide
1RB/1TE/3WR = 13 plays Shotgun Normal, 12 plays Singleback Slot Strong
1RB/2TE/2WR = Singleback Big
Etc..Etc...Etc.....
you just need to go through all your plays for each personnel setting and see what the formations are

2RB/3TE = Goal Line

here's a full list of formations for West Coast Offense Head Coach

5WR = Shotgun 5 Wide
