Can we please add this.
The reason I'm asking is that I want to move a positional coach to another position, but at the moment the only way to do it is to hire another coach first thus getting the current coach fired THEN you can offer them a new contract, IMO it would be much more convenient to be able to do this, especially if you having trouble recruiting and the season is about to start.

actually if you are trying to move your own coach from one position coaching spot to to a different position coaching spot i think it should be where you could just transfer without rehiring, for instance have it the same as how it is for players (where you can change their position)

for example you have a OL coach that you think would make a better Backfield coach just have it able to click on the coach and select "change coaching position" and have a screen come up with a dropdown listing all positions at the same level eg.. position or coordinator then you would just select Backfield and it would change at next sim the same way player positions change

This would be fine too. Just for positional coaches though.

i just like my way better cause then you don't have to worry about a different team outbidding you on him as a positional coach

Yeah I understand that, but it is part of the game, doing it your way would take that away which is not what I'm advocating here, just expediting the fire n hire circus.
