Player Skill vs Dice Rolls

Have individual player skills play more of a roll in the outcome of each play instead of having it decided mainly by a random dice roll.

(My opinion) I think two areas in particular could use this:

1. I think the passing release and look off defenders stats are some of the least impact full in game. I cannot tell the difference whatsoever between a player with 10 passing release and 100(after watching many games). I frequently think during a game that I'm playing against a QB with close to all 100's, only to see that they are well below average(and vice versa).

2. I think there needs to be less "chance" involved with receivers in tight coverage. I see poor WRs catch passes in tight/double coverage against top-level DBs far more frequently than I think should happen.

The talent in allocation compared to future drafts causes an in crease in the roll whe n each newer talented draft roll in. As talent in creases, face to face, the only difference would be a roll, because skill are equal.

We asked for it, and if anything i remeber a select few who opposed making stronger drafts back when, but we wanted a leveler feild of talent.
