Pulling Linemen

Can we please have linemen use defined blocking assignments, eg; 3 linemen need to block 2 defenders but all 3 go for the same (usually closest) defender. Also we have 300lb linemen not being able to block a hairdryer of 180lb CB, ha ha whats that all about???

The RT and RG completely ignore the defender.
