***-Of-The-Week Awards

Eliminate the player of the week Awards. The teams and players that win the player of the week Awards are always the ones that face the worst opposing players and teams. Kind of pointless actually.

Instead Institute for *** of the week Awards. Categories like most sacks allowed most holding penalties garnered most interceptions thrown Etc. Include a little star next to each player's name for each time they appear on the list.

Not only more entertaining and informative this list will help lackadaisical owners focus on the players that need to be canned immediately. You know the ones with the five star ratings.

If the present player of the week Awards is kept they really should be something that someone can make sense of.

Players are selected for awards and there's absolutely no indication what the record is or why that player was chosen.

This past week I had a running back run for 180 yards and get no mention. - a feat that occurs for most players maybe once in a lifetime. I've had rookie defensive tackles that registered six sacks in one game and had no mention.

The system seems random and silly and if it's not going to indicate what the player is being awarded for then I suggest the whole thing just be dispensed with.

i think a private leagues should have sliders that they can move to certain statistics that will weight the awards. This way you can separate what stats are harder to accomplish and make it more functional. As it is now i don't really put too much stock in the player awards done by AI
