How long a player on your team affects opinion of you.

I thought of this because of this player = https://cust35.myfootballnow.com/player/4102


he has been with me for 12 years yet his opinion of me is Neutral.


anyway it would be nice to make it where player is with you for like 5+ years his opinion goes from Neutral to Happy .

That just means that you're not using him enough to make him happy, but you are using him enough to prevent him from becoming unhappy, or he realizes that his value doesn't merit you using him more.

Disagree. Longevity does not guarantee happiness. Long-term sitting on the bench is the reason one of my players is actually unhappy and won't renegotiate his contract with me.

I once had a longtime backup quarterback become Unhappy, presumably because he thought he could be playing somewhere else. I'm okay with that.
