Considering the CPU messes up teams with their signing how about making it where they sign players or send contracts as if they were human controlled.

Reason i am posting this idea i found 9 teams out of 13 teams in CAP trouble in this league ( https://vikings.myfootballnow.com/ ) that are available for people to take

Cleveland Browns = Room under cap: $-25,415,994 = 56 players
San Francisco 49ers = Room under cap: $-15,339,384 = 55 players
Los Angeles (A) Chargers = Room under cap: $-14,689,810 = 34 players
Washington Redskins = Room under cap: $-14,067,773 = 51 players
Baltimore Ravens = Room under cap: $-13,545,715 = 58 players
New York (N) Giants = Room under cap: $-12,158,778 = 57 players
Tampa Bay Buccaneers = Room under cap: $-9,219,224 = 59 players
Philadelphia Eagles = Room under cap: $-5,193,693 = 56 players
Minnesota Vikings = Room under cap: $-3,407,075 = 50 players

here is the other 4

Detroit Lions = Room under cap: $8,406,979 = 53 players
New England Patriots = Room under cap: $69,191 = 60 players
Chicago Bears = Room under cap: $66,927 = 56 players
Houston Texans = Room under cap: $24,257 = 57 players

Really one 1 team out of those 13 teams is good condition

anyway back to topic i would just think having CPU teams sign players or send contracts like humans do would help tremedous in that created leagues people wouldnt have to make other accounts to take over teams in their leagues so CPU wont mess them up , people wouldnt have to be the owner for a team probably from end of season stage to either first free agency stage or the DRAFT so CPU wont mess up team , people wouldnt have to delay their league to make sure they have people on all their teams , etc.

thanks
